Incuspaze acquires VSKOUT to power GCC play, targets ₹400 crore revenue by FY26

Workspace solutions provider Incuspaze has acquired B2B SaaS company VSKOUT in a cash-and-equity swap deal.
With India’s GCC market projected to grow from $64.6 billion in FY24 to $99–105 billion by 2030, Incuspaze is building its dedicated GCC vertical, and this acquisition comes as it plans to integrate VSKOUT’s real-time property intelligence into its workspace offerings for clients across India and global capability centres.
The company is also in talks to raise pre-IPO capital.
The equity component was internally financed through existing reserves, according to Sanjay Choudhary, Founder & CEO, Incuspaze.
Post-acquisition, VSKOUT will be strategically integrated to strengthen the company’s GCC vertical. However, it will continue to operate as a standalone data platform to serve its existing clients, developers, and institutional partners.
“While VSKOUT’s revenue contribution in FY25–26 will be marginal, we believe this partnership will significantly accelerate our topline growth in the long term,” Choudhary said.
Incuspaze is also currently in discussions with other potential acquisition targets as part of its broader growth strategy. For FY25–26, the company expects inorganic growth to contribute approximately 25 per cent to its overall revenue. It is projecting total revenue of ₹350–400 crore for FY26, driven by a combination of inorganic and organic growth.
Founded in 2016, VSKOUT brings proprietary analytics tools, advanced data mapping capabilities, and deep insights into India’s commercial real estate landscape.
Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain, Co-Founders of VSKOUT, emphasized that the acquisition goes beyond operational synergy. “Beyond the synergy in services, the cultural fit and aligned goals make this a seamless transition. Our teams are now co-creating a data-first future for the real estate and workspace sector,” they said.
As part of the integration, both co-founders will take on leadership roles within Incuspaze. Saumya Kumar will head the GCC vertical and lead strategic research and data innovation initiatives, while Pankaj Jain will contribute to Incuspaze’s overall technology stack, driving both revenue growth and workplace experience enhancement.
The integration process is already underway, with full alignment of systems, people, and policies expected over the coming weeks. VSKOUT will also continue to cater to its existing clientele.
