Swastika Investmart Limited celebrated three decades of listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) by ringing the bell at BSE on Friday. Chairman and MD Sunil Nyati, along with BSE’s MD and CEO Sundararaman Ramamurthy and company CEO Parth Nyati, marked the milestone that began in 1995.

The brokerage firm reported its highest revenue and profit since inception in 2025. Consolidated revenue grew 23 per cent year-on-year to ₹140.58 crores, while profit after tax surged 62 per cent to ₹19.89 crores. Standalone revenue increased 22 per cent to ₹135.22 crores, with standalone profit after tax jumping 83 per cent to ₹22.12 crores.

The company declared a 30 per cent dividend, continuing its 21-year streak of rewarding investors. Market capitalisation has grown approximately 65 times over the past 30 years.

Founded in Indore in 1992 as a regional stockbroking firm, Swastika has evolved into a diversified financial services company with pan-India presence. The firm now operates through over 500 employees serving more than 4 lakh customers.

Swastika holds memberships with NSE, BSE, MCX, and NCDEX, and maintains SEBI registrations as a Category I Merchant Banker, Portfolio Manager, Mutual Fund Distributor, and Depository Participant. The company provides services including capital markets, wealth management, investment banking, insurance, and portfolio advisory across 25 states through 80+ branches.
