Ashok Leyland bags order for 250 trucks from Patanjali Parivahan

Commercial vehicle maker Ashok Leyland has bagged an order to deliver 250 trucks to Patanjali Parivahan, a logistics player. The value of the order was not disclosed.
To mark the commencement of deliveries, Sanjeev Kumar, President – MHCV, Ashok Leyland handed over the keys to the first batch of trucks to Ram Bharat – Founder Patanjali Parivahan, in the presence of senior executives from both organisations.
Kumar in a statement said, “We are thrilled to deliver the first batch of 1916 haulage trucks to Patanjali Parivahan. Our relationship with Patanjali began in 2014 with the addition of 20 trucks, marking the foundation of a strong and growing collaboration..”
Ram Bharat of Patanjali Parivahan said, this delivery represents more than just new trucks—it signifies a deepening partnership aimed at advancing logistics efficiency.
The first batch of 25 units of 1916 haulage trucks were delivered to Patanjali Parivahan, which has a presence in North India, has a fleet of about 1,000 trucks.
