Dhanuka Agritech Q4 Results: PAT up 24% on higher rabi acreage

Dhanuka Agritech Ltd, an agri input company, recorded a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹296.96 crore during the financial year 2024-25 against ₹239.09 crore in 2023-24, registering a growth of 24.20 per cent. The company recorded revenues of ₹2,035.15 crore for the period ended March 31, 2025, against ₹1,758.54 crore in 2023-24, registering a growth of 15.73 per cent.

Quoting Mahendra Kumar Dhanuka, Chairman of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd, a media statement said: “Our Q4 performance is a testament to the resilience of our business model, the dedication of our team, and the continued trust of the farming community. This quarter, we witnessed sustained momentum driven by innovation, efficient execution, and a strong customer-centric approach. As we close the fiscal year on a high note, we remain committed to advancing sustainable agricultural practices and delivering long-term value to all our stakeholders.”

Favourable rabi season

Stating that a favourable rabi season and strong crop acreage drove solid demand in the fourth quarter, Dhanuka said: “We are well positioned to sustain this momentum into the next fiscal year, with a focus on expanding our product offerings and delivering greater value to our partners and customers.”
