Godrej Properties reports strong Q3 performance


Real estate developer Godrej Properties’ third quarter net profit and revenue saw a sharp rise, delivering projects of 2.6 million square feet across two cities.

The quarter also saw bookings worth ₹5,446 crore from the sale of over 4 msf area, the six consecutive quarter where bookings have crossed the ₹5,000-mark. It added four new projects with an estimated saleable area of 5.9 msf and expected booking value of ₹10,800 crore in the quarter, achieving 71 per cent of its annual booking value guidance.

The company, part of the Godrej Industries Group, reported net profit of ₹163 crore in Q4 of FY25, up 161 per cent on year, and revenue of ₹1,222 crore, up 133 per cent. EBITDA also rose 85 per cent to ₹280 crore.

“With a robust launch pipeline, strong balance sheet, and resilient demand, we are on-track to surpass our bookings guidance of ₹27,000 core in FY25 while also achieving our highest ever cash collections, deliveries, earnings and operating cash flow,” said Executive Chairperson, Pirojsha Godrej.
