Godrej Properties sells 300 homes, worth ₹1,000 cr in Hyderabad debut
Godrej Properties has successfully launched its first Hyderabad project, Godrej Madison Avenue in Kokapet, selling over 300 homes worth more than ₹1,000 crores within weeks of its January 2025 launch.
The shares of Godrej Properties Limited were trading at ₹2,140.10 down by ₹49 or 2.24 per cent on the NSE today at 3.15 pm.
The project, spanning approximately 0.84 million square feet, is located in Kokapet, a prime residential and commercial hub with strategic connectivity to key Hyderabad areas, including Outer Ring Road, Financial District, Gachibowli and HITEC City.
MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey highlighted the significant market potential, stating the sales success validates the company’s growth opportunities in Hyderabad. The company plans to launch a second project in the city shortly.
