The Good Glamm Group is in advanced discussion to sell-off MissMalini Entertainment for around ₹4 crore, according to sources.

The company will transfer ownership of MissMalini domain name and social media accounts to marketing agency Creativefuel, sources added. The Good Glamm company is retaining its influencer management division.

In 2021, Good Glamm acquired MissMalini Entertainment — MissMalini Media, community platform Girl Tribe, talent agency Ignite Edge, creative agency Agent M and production house MM Studios. The acquisition was for around ₹3 crore in a mix of cash and equity.

This comes at a time when Good Glamm is going through liquidity crisis as it struggles to scale its portfolio companies.

Recently, the company sold its feminine hygiene brand Sirona for approximately ₹150 crore, lower than its original acquisition price of around ₹450 crore. It also offloaded digital media subsidiary ScoopWhoop to Bengaluru-based agency WLDD at a valuation of ₹18–20 crore.

The company has also explored stake sales in other assets, including personal care brands Organic Harvest and The Moms Co, as well as content platform POPxo.

Earlier this year, board representatives from Accel, Prosus Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners stepped down following financial challenges, delayed salaries and layoffs.

Last year, Good Glamm raised $30 million in a flat round from existing investors, including Warburg Pincus, Prosus, Bessemer and Accel.
