Hind Rectifiers Q4 Results: Profit rises 197% YoY to ₹37.1 cr
The shares of Hind Rectifiers Limited were trading at ₹984.40 up by ₹47.65 or 5.09 per cent on the NSE today at 10.28 am. The shares reached the intra-day high of ₹1,029.
Hind Rectifiers Limited reported a 197 per cent year-on-year increase in profit after tax (PAT) to ₹37.1 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, according to its financial results announced yesterday.
The company’s total income grew by 27 per cent to ₹656.8 crore in FY25 compared to ₹518.2 crore in the previous fiscal year. EBITDA increased by 60 per cent to ₹71.8 crore, with margins expanding by approximately 220 basis points to 10.9 per cent.
For the fourth quarter of FY25, Hind Rectifiers saw a 96 per cent jump in PAT to ₹10 crore, while total income rose 22 per cent to ₹185.4 crore compared to the same period last year.
The power electronics equipment manufacturer reported a robust order book of ₹893 crore as of March 2025, primarily driven by expansion in the railway sector. During FY25, the company secured railway sector orders worth ₹1,014 crore.
Hind Rectifiers invested ₹43 crore in capital expenditure, mainly for backward integration and new product manufacturing at its Sinnar and Satpur plants. The company also approved the incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries during the year.
“FY25 has been a landmark year for Hind Rectifiers,” said Suramya Nevatia, MD & Chairman, citing enhanced product mix, backward integration, and improved operational efficiencies as key growth drivers.
