Intellect Design Arena, the Chennai-based financial technology company, reported a consolidated 59 per cent increase in net profit to ₹135 crore during the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as against ₹85 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The net profit was without considering the one-off exception item of MAT credit write-off of ₹13 crore in Q4FY24. Revenue was up by 19 per cent to ₹727 crore.

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, net profit was flat at ₹333 crore. Revenue for the year was ₹2,496 crore, a 1 per cent decline over ₹2,513 crore reported in the previous year, as per a release.

The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share plus a special dividend of ₹3 on the face value of ₹5 each on equity shares, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The total quantum of the dividend amounts to 140 per cent, and twice that of FY24.

The Purple Fabric – the business impact AI platform is emerging as the most disruptive technology in the AI space. The company will be investing over ₹100 crore in the current year for marketing, sales and distribution of Purple Fabric.”

Purple Fabric automates processes through digital expert-based intelligence, and transforms fragmented enterprise data into AI-ready assets, the company said.

The company’s share price on the NSE closed at ₹833, down by ₹9.80 (-1.16 per cent).
