KPR Mill reports 4% drop in consolidated net profit of ₹205 in Q4FY25

Revenue of ₹4,063 crore was up by 4 per cent when compared with ₹3,904 crore for the previous year.

Coimbatore-based textiles company, KPR Mill reported a 4 per cent drop in consolidated net profit to ₹205 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as against ₹214 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue was up 5 per cent to ₹1,701 crore.
For FY25, the net profit rose by 1 per cent to ₹815 crore as against ₹805 crore in the previous year on a 5 per cent increase in revenue to ₹ 6,136 crore (₹5,824 crore).
The consolidated financial results include the financial results of KPR Mill Ltd and the financial results of its subsidiaries – KPR Sugar Mill Ltd, Jahnvi Motor PrivateLtd, Quantum Knits Private Ltd, Galaxy Knits Ltd, KPR Sugar and Apparels Ltd, KPR Exports PLC, Ethiopia and KPR Mill Pte Ltd, Singapore, says the company’s announcement to the National Stock Exchange.
On a standalone basis, the company reported a 18 per cent drop in net profit to ₹152 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as against ₹185 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue was down by 1 per cent to ₹1,079 crore.
For the full fiscal year, the company reported a 18 per cent increase in net profit to ₹653 crore as against ₹555 crore. Revenue of ₹4,063 crore was up by 4 per cent when compared with ₹3,904 crore for the previous year.
The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of 250 per cent (₹2.50 per share of the face value of ₹1 each) for FY25.
KPR Mill’s share price on the NSE closed at ₹1,286, up by ₹97.15 (8.17 per cent).
