The Lennox India Technology Centre (LITC) in Chennai was established in 2010 and comprises talent in IT and Engineering. Over the years, its scope has expanded beyond IT to support mechanical engineering, controls engineering, finance, marketing, communications, HR, and sourcing among others.
“Chennai remains a vital hub for our global operations. Over the past 15 years, Lennox has invested $14 million in India, reinforcing our commitment to innovation, job creation, and sustainable development,” Prakash Bedapudi, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, said. LITC is our largest centre outside of the US and we hope to hit capacity of around 1500 employees in “a year or two” based on talent availability, he added.
