LTIMindtree, the global technology consulting firm, has established a Digital Innovation Hub in Cyprus in collaboration with Eurobank and Fairfax Digital Services, according to an announcement made today.

The shares of LTIMindtree Limited were trading at ₹5,050.80 up by ₹16.90 or 0.34 per cent on the NSE today at 1.35 pm.

The hub, located within the CYENS Centre of Excellence, will focus on developing advanced digital solutions for Eurobank, Fairfax, and other European Union customers. It aims to accelerate digital transformation and enhance decision-making, risk management, and operational efficiency in the financial sector.

This initiative aligns with the Cyprus government’s strategic vision to strengthen the country’s position as a regional technology and innovation centre. Dr Nicodemos Damianou, Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy of Cyprus, stated the hub represents a “strategic milestone” placing Cyprus “at the forefront of cutting-edge developments in artificial intelligence.”

Sanjay Tugnait, President & CEO of Fairfax Digital Services, called the launch a “pivotal step” in enabling Eurobank’s vision to become a digital leader in banking, while Michalis Louis, CEO of Hellenic Bank (Eurobank Group), emphasised the company’s commitment to investing in technologies like artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics.

The hub builds upon a February 2024 pilot when LTIMindtree signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Eurolife FFH. Srini Rao, EVP at LTIMindtree, stated the centre will drive “transformative growth for businesses across industries.”
