McDonald’s India (West and South) has made its debut in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, by launching its first restaurant in the city. With this new outlet, located on Sakthi Velammal Street in the temple town, McDonald’s now operates 38 restaurants in the state.
Experience of the Future
The Madurai outlet is an “Experience of the Future” (EOTF) restaurant, equipped with self-ordering kiosks, digital menu boards, table service, and other smart features. The menu offers McDonald’s signature burgers, a wide range of fried chicken, including McSpicy Fried Chicken and Wings, McCafé beverages, fries, desserts, and a limited-time Korean Range. It also includes a dedicated birthday party area for families.
“We are committed to creating spaces where friends and families can celebrate special moments while enjoying the high-quality service that defines McDonald’s globally. Madurai can now experience the joy and convenience of McDonald’s right in their neighbourhood,” said Saurabh Kalra, Managing Director of McDonald’s India (W&S).
