New leadership at Mangalore Refinery: three executive directors appointed

Yogish Nayak S, ED Finance, MRPL

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has announced the appointment of three new Executive Directors.

Yogish Nayak S has been appointed as Executive Director (Finance), Deepak Prabhakar P as Executive Director (Marketing and Business Development), and N Anandha Kumar as Executive Director (Refinery).

Yogish Nayak S is a Chartered Accountant with nearly three decades of experience in Corporate Finance. He is also a commerce graduate from St Aloysius College, Mangaluru. He started his career at MRPL in September 1995 and progressed through the hierarchy, serving in various capacities within the company. He had extensive experience in Corporate Accounts, Costing and Budgeting, Treasury and Investments, Taxation, Capital Investments, and Marketing Finance, among other areas.

Deepak Prabhakar, ED, Marketing and Business Development, MRPL

Deepak Prabhakar is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Calicut, MS in Manufacturing Management from BITS Pilani, and PhD in Management from Karpagam University. He joined MRPL in 1993 having experience in Project Management, Maintenance, Reliability, Corporate Strategy and Marketing.

N Anadha Kumar, ED Refinery, MRPL

N Anandha Kumar, a Chemical Engineer from Annamalai University, joined MRPL in October 1995. Before joining MRPL, he worked with Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd, Manali, Chennai, for six years. He has 35 years of experience in the refinery and petrochemical industries, specialising in Operations Management, Process Engineering, Project Commissioning, Safety, and Team Management.
