Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) launched the Indian soft drink brand Campa in Nepal today through a partnership with diversified conglomerate Chaudhary Group. This launch marks RCPL’s entry into the Nepali market and represents the company’s long-term commitment to the country.

RCPL, the FMCG arm of Reliance Industries Ltd, acquired Campa in 2022 and reintroduced it to India in 2023. The heritage brand, which was originally founded over 50 years ago, has already established its presence in GCC countries before expanding to Nepal.

The initial product portfolio includes Campa Cola, Campa Lemon, Campa Orange, Campa Energy Gold Boost, and Campa Energy Berry Kick. The 250ml carbonated soft drink bottles are priced at NRs. 30, while the Campa Energy Berry Kick 250ml PET bottle costs NRs. 40.

Ketan Mody, Executive Director of RCPL, emphasized the company’s track record of delivering innovative products at affordable prices. He positioned Campa as having multi-generational relevance that resonates with today’s youth.

Nirvana Chaudhary, Managing Director of Chaudhary Group, highlighted the partnership’s strategic importance in expanding their beverage portfolio. Chaudhary Group, Nepal’s largest business conglomerate operating over 202 companies and 261 brands globally, will leverage its distribution network and manufacturing expertise to ensure local supply and smooth rollout across Nepal.
