Reliance Industries reported a consolidated net profit of ₹19,407 crore for the March quarter, up 2.4% year-on-year, while revenue rose 10% to ₹2.65 lakh crore, beating estimates.

The growth in topline was driven by its dominant oil-to-chemicals business, along with a surge in retail and digital services revenue.

The company has recommended a dividend of ₹5.50 per share and approved raising up to ₹25,000 crore through the issuance of non-convertible debentures.
