Remsons Industries Q4: Net profit flat at ₹5 cr; Revenue up 30% to ₹105 cr

Remsons Industries, a automotive component maker, has reported that its net profit in March quarter was unchanged at ₹5 crore.
Revenue increased 30 per cent to ₹105 crore (₹81 crore) in the quarter under review.
The company has announced a dividend of Rs 0.30.
EBITDA was up 81 per cent at ₹91 crore (₹51 crore).
Krishna Kejriwal, Chairman and Managing Director, Remsons Industries, said the company has secured significant orders from global OEMs, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in the automotive supply chain.
The company’s order book now stands at ₹700 crore, setting the stage for sustained growth in the coming years, he said.
In a move to future proof its portfolio, Remsons completed three major acquisitions including Uniautomation (Pune), a specialist in automotive sensors, Bee Lighting (UK), a marquee automotive lighting and styling, Magal Cables, an expert in Cables, winches, and pedal systems.
“These acquisitions are more than expansions, they’re strategic leaps into next-gen automotive technologies,” added Kejriwal.
With a healthy debt-to-equity ratio of 0.63, Remsons continues to maintain strong financial discipline while aggressively investing in R&D and innovation.
The company is building a robust pipeline of future-ready products to meet evolving industry demands.
In FY25, the company’s net profit was up 8 per cent at ₹14 crore (₹13 crore) while revenue jumped 21 per cent to ₹377 crore (₹312 crore)
