TCS CEO’s remuneration rose 4.6% in FY25

In FY25 K Krithivasan, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) CEO’s remuneration rose 4.6 per cent to ₹26.52 crore with a salary of ₹1.39 crore, benefits, prerequisites and allowances of ₹2.12 crore and commission of ₹23 crore, as per the company’s latest annual report. His remuneration was 329.8 times that of the median renumeration of the company.
Meanwhile Samir Seksarian, Chief Financial Officer, had a renumeration increase of 7.8 per cent, 96.7 times that of median wages.
The median wages for TCS employees ranged ₹10-16 lakh and the percentage increase was 6.3 per cent. The number of permanent employees on the company rolls is 6,07,979 people.
The average annual increase was 4.5-7 per cent, with top performers receiving double digit increment in India. Over the year, the total increase was 5.5-7.5 per cent, considering promotions and other event based compensation revisions. Employees outside India received a wage increase of 1.5-6 per cent.
In his letter, Krithivasan described it as a very challenging geopolitical and macro-economic environment. The company reported an annual revenue of ₹255,324 crore in FY25, growing 6 per cent year-on-year.
