Tech Mahindra partners with KOGO AI to expand enterprise AI Solutions 

Tech Mahindra and KOGO AI announced a strategic partnership today to develop and deploy enterprise-focused Agentic AI solutions globally. The alliance combines Tech Mahindra’s enterprise transformation expertise with KOGO AI’s Agentic AI Platform to deliver AI systems designed for autonomy, scale, and compliance.

The partnership will focus on creating intelligent AI agents that integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure while maintaining data privacy and regulatory compliance. Both companies will jointly develop Private AI architectures that can operate in on-premises, hybrid, or secure cloud environments without requiring complete system overhauls.

“The future of enterprise AI lies in autonomy, compliance, and control,” said Praveer Kochhar, Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at KOGO AI. Birendra Sen, President of Business Process Services at Tech Mahindra, added that the partnership addresses the growing demand for data sovereignty and secure AI integration into core business operations.

Early deployments are already underway in the banking, financial services, insurance, and healthcare sectors, targeting use cases such as fraud prevention, service automation, audits, and operational efficiency.

The companies will serve clients across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, with solutions tailored to meet local compliance requirements. KOGO AI, based in Bengaluru, specializes in enterprise-grade Agentic AI infrastructure, while Tech Mahindra provides technology consulting and digital solutions to over 1,100 clients in 90+ countries.

The shares of Tech Mahindra Limited ended flat today on the NSE at ₹1,495.
