BusinessNext ranked highest for financial services in 2025 Forrester Wave

India-based deep-tech platform BusinessNext secured the highest score for its financial service offerings among all providers evaluated in the Forrester Wave Customer Relationship Management Software for Financial Services, Q1 2025. The list of evaluated vendors includes global tech giants like Microsoft and Salesforce.

The company was called a leader, for its AI-powered services and positive customer feedback. BusinessNext received the highest user adoption rating among all vendors, for its “out-of-the-box financial services workflows, ease of customization” as well as responsive account management.

“BusinessNext best suits mid- to large-sized financial services firms looking for industry-specific capabilities and ease of business configuration,” said Forrester in its report.
