CIEL HR Group acquires Vibrant Screen Pvt Ltd to strengthen its HR solutions portfolio

The Chennai-based CIEL HR Group on Friday announced the acquisition of Vibrant Screen Pvt Ltd (VSPL), a provider of background verification solutions, for an undisclosed sum.

CIEL HR has expanded its portfolio through strategic acquisitions, including Jombay, Aargee Staffing, Courseplay and Thomas Assessments/People Metrics, stated the release.

The Chennai-based VSPL serves over 240 companies across the BFSI and IT sectors, said a release from CIEL HR.

K Pandiarajan, Executive Chairperson of CIEL HR Group, stated that by bringing VSPL’s expertise, the company will offer its clients another layer of confidence in their hiring decisions.
