Cyient DET Q4 net profit falls by 6% at ₹163 cr


Cyient DET (Digital, Engineering and Technology) reported a net profit of ₹163 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, showing a decline of 6 per cent year-on-year. It registered a 3.4 per cent decline in revenue, which stood at ₹1,472 crore during the quarter.

For the financial year 2024-25, the company reported a decline of 12.2 per cent in its net profit at ₹605 crore as its revenue fell by 1.6 per cent to ₹5,816 crore when compared with the previous year’s numbers.

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹14 a share for the financial year 2024-25. 

While there are some uncertainties in the near term, we are working very closely with our customers in navigating through the current challenges. We expect this to last at least through the first half of FY26,” Krishna Bodanapu, Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Cyient, said.

“I am confident that with our market positioning, global presence and the new leadership in place, we will emerge stronger to drive sustainable growth in the medium to long term,” he said.

He said during the year the company launched an exclusive subsidiary for the semiconductor business and appointed Suman Narayan as the CEO of Cyient Semiconductors.
